Warranty Conditions

The following warranty conditions apply to your Sur-Ron purchase:

• Chassis, swingarm, and motor: 24 months
• Controller and battery (or up to 20,000 kilometers): 18 months

Please note that wear and tear on parts such as brakes, tires, chains, and other components resulting from normal use is not covered under the warranty. The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

Warranty Support

To claim warranty service, you must submit your request through the dealer where you purchased the Sur-Ron. You will need to provide an up-to-date service log and invoices from any relevant services.

Important:

• The warranty is void for rental or competitive use, or for use on a closed circuit.
• Any accidental damage or damage resulting from modifications to the standard specifications with non-official components is the sole responsibility of the owner.

Additionally, any changes made to the original parts will void the warranty.
